I found myself one day, needing to find and retain a Criminal Defense attorney for my son, who had been arrested on serious allegations/charges, and I did not just want any Joe Schmo attorney or a public defender, due to the nature of the charges, I [wanted the best]. I needed answer’s, quick. This was something new to my family and had no clue just the mountain we would be facing. I googled “best criminal defense attorneys in my area” which did not provide a large number in my area. Brock defines the goals, sets expectations, [and gets results]. Being charged with a OVI is already a stressful situation, but Brock calmed me immediately with his easy going nature and his strong desire to listen and understand the pertinent facts of my case. I am [very] glad I hired Brock! I was out of town in a rural county in Ohio and ran afoul of the local PD there. The entire justice system there appears to be just fine using all sorts of improper methods that horribly disadvantages the defendant.
